French course La Châtaigneraie - Thursday 08h30-09h45 - Level A1

A1 level means that you have elementary knowledge of French (false beginner).

Course content:
Discover the French Language. In this course, you will learn to introduce yourself and interact in a very simple way with natives speakers.

An initial assessment will define the level and the needs of each participant in order to create homogeneous groups. The assessment includes a written test and a one-on-one discussion.

Participant's progress is regularly monitored in class. At the end of the course, the participant will be provided with a certificate mentioning the dates of attendance and the level achieved in the four language skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) as described by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Courses Dates 2020-2021:
1h15 per week from beginning of November to beginning of June.

IMPORTANT: Please read the General Terms and Conditions for the language courses and note the following main information:

A group course given throughout the school year is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants. The maximum in a group is 8 participants.  However, it is possible to open a course with fewer than 4 participants (“private course or small group”). In this case, the duration of the courses is determined according to the criteria below:

1 participant: 6 lessons
2 participants: 12 lessons
3 participants: 18 lessons
