Online French course - Thursday 15h30-16h45 - Level B1

Based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR),  B1 level is intermediate:

Listening and Speaking Skills: you are able to manage the majority of everyday situations, to give your opinion about a known problem, to take part in a conversation about everyday life without any preparation. 
Writing Skills: you are able to write a simple and coherent text about subjects that interests you.

Course content:
In this course, you will learn how to deal with most everyday situations. You will practice producing a simple and coherent narrative on familiar topics to explain an experience and give your opinion.

An initial assessment will define the level and the needs of each participant in order to create homogeneous groups. The assessment includes a written test and a one-on-one discussion.

Participant's progress is regularly monitored in class. At the end of the course, the participant will be provided with a certificate mentioning the dates of attendance and the level achieved in the four language skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).

Courses Dates 2021-2022:
1h15 per week from November to June.

IMPORTANT: Please read the General Terms and Conditions for the language courses and note the following main information:

A group course given throughout the school year is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants. The maximum in a group is 8 participants.  However, it is possible to open a course with fewer than 4 participants (“private course or small group”). In this case, the duration of the courses is determined according to the criteria below:

1 participant: 6 lessons
2 participants: 12 lessons
3 participants: 18 lessons
