Course Overview
This focused 90-minute workshop is designed for Nursery and Primary educators working with Third Culture Children (TCCs) in international and multicultural settings. Participants will explore practical strategies to better understand and support the identity, transition patterns, and emotional landscapes of TCCs; implement end-of-year tools that strengthen self-esteem, belonging, and celebration of growth; and provide families with ready-to-share summer engagement strategies that foster connection, literacy, identity development, and emotional well-being beyond the classroom.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Define the core characteristics and needs of Third Culture Children in Nursery and Primary settings.
- Apply age-appropriate strategies to strengthen belonging and identity in the classroom.
- Implement simple, high-impact end-of-year reflection tools that build self-esteem.
- Provide families with practical summer engagement resources that reinforce confidence and connection.
Outcome
Upon completion, participants will be able to recognise and respond to the unique identity and transition needs of Third Culture Children, implement end-of-year strategies that strengthen self-esteem and belonging, and provide families with practical summer engagement tools that support connection, literacy, and emotional well-being.
