Middle Leadership Development Program 2023/24

A middle leadership development program exclusively for Ecolint staff

The landscape of K-12 education is evolving, and the demand for adept leadership is paramount. Middle leaders stand at the crossroads of change and consistency, and this program is tailored to sharpen their leadership capabilities amidst these transitions.

The Leadership Development Program, crafted by Management Kits in collaboration with Ecolint, is designed to empower middle leaders, in a highly personalized journey, to steer their teams with confidence and vision. Structured around the three core pillars: Team Effectiveness, Individual Leadership Skills, and Mastering Change, educators will gain insights into effective leadership in the context of educational transformations, acquire strategies to handle change, and learn to apply leadership practices on actual jobs. The program is a great opportunity to build skills supporting other leadership priorities across Ecolint, like supporting growth conversations and actions to promote I-DEA principles.

Over a series of facilitated online and offline sessions helmed by leadership experts from Management Kits, participants will delve into leadership challenges, change management, strategic alignment, and more. Topic deep dives will enrich the learning experience. All participants will gain exclusive access to the Management Kits platform, featuring customization/prioritization tools, resources and work tools tailored for school challenges.

Upon successful engagement with the program, leaders will earn a certificate.
